Box Score GAFFNEY, SC - The Chowan University women's lacrosse team suffered a 23-3 loss to #7 ranked Limestone College on Saturday afternoon. Misten White posted two scores in the loss. Chowan fell to 4-8 overall and 3-5 in Conference Carolinas play after the win. Limestone improved their overall record to 12-1 and 7-0 in league play. 

The Hawks were held scoreless after the first thirty minutes of play. The got on the board the second period when Misten White scored just inside the 26th minute of play. She added the teams second score on an unassisted goal in the 18th minute. Tahvanee Burton posted the Hawks last score inside six minutes remaining in the game. 

Chowan was out shot 31-5 in the match. Alexandria Hammonds won eight draw controls and handed out an asisst. Shaena Ravenell picked up the loss in goal. She notched six saves in the net and allowed 23 goals. 

The Hawks will host Converse College in a Conference Carolinas match on Saturday, April 15th. First draw is set for 1:00pm at Hawks Field.
