MURFREESBORO, N.C. - The Chowan University women's lacrosse team dropped a 24-7 decision to North Greenville on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks posted their second highest goal count of the season behind double digit scoring efforts by
Blake Tutman,
Cameryn Barrow, and
Victoria Brown.
Kezia Ramos picked up 17 saves in goal for the Hawks in their 7th loss of the season and fourth Conference Carolinas loss.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
The Hawks scored seven first half goals but were unable to capitalize in the second half to get on the board. NGU posted 14 first half goals and 10 second half goals to take the 24-7 conference win.
Blake Tutman,
Cameryn Barrow, and
Victoria Brown added two scores each in the match.
Gracie Timken added a goal while
Shya Gambrell, Ramos, Barrow, and Tutman added an assist in the match. Tutman added three ground balls and two caused turnovers while Barrow added three caused turnovers and five draw controls.

Chowan will travel to Shorter University in their next outing on Saturday, April 5th for a 1:00pm match-up. The Hawks will return home on April 12th to host Converse for senior day.
