Box Score WASHINGTON, D.C. - Chowan's Alexandria Hammonds posted nine goals in an 18-10 non-conference road win over the University of the District of Columbia on Wednesday night. The win moved the Hawks to 5-8 on the year and marks the highest number of season wins the program has totaled since the program's inception in 2013. 

Hammonds posted of the team's scores with her nine goals. She also had six draw controls in the game. Jennifer Caird posted four scores and Jasmine Latney added two goals. Misten White, Victoria Baez-Quiroz, and Leslie Escobar each added a goal in the win. 

Shaena Ravenell posted the win in the net. She collected five saves and allowed 10 goals in sixty minutes of play. 

Chowan out shot the UDC 33 to 21 and were 2-2 in free position shots. 

The Hawks will get back to Conference Carolinas play on Saturday, April 15th when they play host to Converse College. Match time is set for 1:00pm at Hawks Field.
