In the first game of the evening, the Hawks and Dragons both scored one run in their first at-bat of the contest. After three scoreless innings, Allyson Rock's RBI double led to an additional run for the Dragons in the seventh, sending the contest into extra innings. Katelyn Brummett's two-run blast pushed the Hawks ahead 5-3 in the eighth but Tiffin plated three runs in their final at-bat to send the Dragon ahead 6-5, securing the win.

In the second game of the evening, Glenville State scored three runs in the top of the third to get an early 3-0 jump over the Hawks. Tina White's ground out to second in the bottom of the frame put the Hawks on the board but Glenville State answered with two runs in the fifth to take a 5-1 lead. Tori Cragan's RBI single up the middle in the bottom of the frame gave the Hawks an additional run, but it was not enough to overcome the deficit.

Audrey Hubbard took the loss on the mound against Glenville State while Sam Weaver was credited with the win.
