Box Score ORANGEBURG, SC- The Chowan University volleyball team dropped a 3-1 decision to Claflin University on Tuesday evening.  The Lady Panthers grabbed an early lead after capturing the first set.  Although the Hawks recovered to pick up a victory in set two, Claflin won the final two sets en route to the 3-1 win.
 
Claflin improves to 13-15 overall while Chowan moves to 14-6.  Please note statistics were not available at the time of this release.  Check back to www.gocuhawks.com as complete scores and statistics become available. 
 
Chowan travels to Richmond, VA on November 1^st for a 6:00pm CIAA Northern Division match against Virginia Union.  The Hawks will have another shot at Claflin on November 3^rd when they host the Lady Panthers.  Match time is slated for 1:00pm.
