LAWRENCEVILLE, VA - The women's basketball team dropped a 62-52 decision to Saint Pauls College on the road tonight in CIAA cross over action. Titiana Ellis and Allukeshia Guy combined for 41 points for the Lady Tigers to help lift them over the visiting Hawks. Chowan falls to 7-10 overall and 4-7 in the CIAA after tonight's loss. 

Saint Pauls scored 26 points from the charity stripe and grabbed 42 rebounds to Chowan's 28 team rebounds. Talaya Lynch scored a team-high 16 points and had four steals while teammate Najah Harris had 11 points and four assists. 

Chowan shot 34% (18-53) from the floor in the game while the Lady Tigers hit for 38% (17-45). Saint Pauls improves to 5-11 on the year and 3-7 in the CIAA. The Hawks will travel to Johnson C. Smith on Saturday in their next outing.
