Box Score LINCOLN, PA - Jaleel Nelson and Mark Brown both scored 23 points en route to a 77-73 win over Lincoln University this evening in basketball action. The Hawks have won four straight games, all in the month of January and improve to 8-4 overall after tonight's battle at Lincoln. 

Chowan hit 49% (27-55) from the floor in the game and scored 18 points off Lincoln turnovers. Nate Walchuk scored 10 points and had three assists in the win. The Hawks improve their overall record to 8-4 after tonight's win. They will travel to the NCCU/BC Powder Classic January 15-16 where they will play the Apprentice School and Tennessee Temple University. 

The Hawks will host their first CIAA Western Division game on January 21st when Fayetteville State University comes to town for a 7:30pm tip off.
