MURFREESBORO - The Braves moved to 10-8 overall and 4-4 in the Dixie after losing to NC Wesleyan 62-50 in basketball action this evening. The Braves trailed by just 2 at the half and were giving the Bishops a run for their money until they broke away in the last four minutes of the game. Ashley Winslow led all scorers with 25 points and also grabbed 13 rebounds, her eighth double-double of the season. Amanda Murray contributed 8 points in the loss. For Wesleyan, Misty Carneal bucketed 19 points and grabbed 9 rebounds while Donna Davis scored 16 in the win. The Braves play home against Methodist College on Saturday, February 2nd. Game time is slated for 2:00pm.
