Box Score MURFREESBORO, NC - The Braves moved to 6-6 on the season and 1-2 in the conference after beating Greensboro College 56-50. Tied at the half, the Braves and the Pride exchanged baskets until the 5:00 minute mark when Chowan took a five-point lead. The Braves went up by as many as 11 points with 2:00 minutes left but some last minute three points shot by Greensboro shrunk the lead to 6. The Braves were led by Ashley Winslow who had 23 points and 15 rebounds in the win. Amanda Murray contributed 17 points while Candice Fleming scored 11 and grabbed 10 rebounds for her first double-double of the season. Point Guard Erin Ward dished out 5 assists and had 4 steals in the game. The Braves travel to CNU this weekend to take on the Captains.
