Tim Feldmann enters his fifth year with the Chowan Athletic Training Staff and second as the Head Athletic Trainer. Feldmann spent the previous three years as the Assistant Athletic Trainer before his promotion in 2017. Tim provides coverage for volleyball, men's and women's cross country, and baseball.
Prior to Chowan, Feldmann served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Azalea Orthopedics where he worked as the Head Athletic Trainer at All-Saints Episcopal School in Tyler Texas. There, he handled the prevention, evaluation and care of nearly 400 athletes.
As a student at East Carolina University, Feldmann gained experience in the field as an Athletic Training Student. He worked with the tennis, cheerleading, football, volleyball, women’s soccer, and men’s basketball teams on a rotational basis over the course of four years. He also was a first responder for summer athletic camps for the football, baseball, soccer, and men’s and women’s basketball teams.
The Apex, NC native earned a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training and minor in Exercise and Sports Science from East Carolina in 2012.
Feldmann is an NATABOC certified athletic trainer. He is a member of National Athletic Trainers’ Association and National Strength and Conditioning Association.
