GREENVILLE, S.C. - Conference Carolinas announced June 12th, 2025 the Spring Presidential Honor Roll with 217 Chowan University student-athletes making the list. More than 4,000 student-athletes have been named to the spring of 2025 Conference Carolinas Presidential Spring Honor Roll presented by Southern Recognition LLC.

The Chowan University football team tallied a department  high of 39 student-athletes on this year's spring honor roll. Nine of the department's teams tallied double-digit student-athletes on the honor roll. The total number of Chowan student-athletes represented accounts nearly 50% of the departments total student-athlete population. Below is a complete list of Chowan University honor roll tallies.

The Presidential Honor Roll, compiled at the end of the fall and spring semesters, recognizes student-athletes who have earned a 3.20 grade-point average on a 4.00 scale.A student-athlete that earned a GPA between 3.20-3.59 is recognized as cum laude, a student-athlete that earned a GPA between 3.60-3.99 is recognized as magna cum laude and a student-athlete that earned a GPA of 4.0 is recognized as summa cum laude.

All student-athletes - including underclassmen, transfers and those who play non-conference sponsored sports - are eligible for the recognition as long as they participated during the past semester.
