Reed Low scored three goals and notched an assist in a conference loss to Lees McCrae on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks dropped a 21-10 decision to fall to 1-5 overall and 0-2 in league play. The Bobcats move to 3-6 overall and 1-2 in conference play after the match.

Lees McCrae jumped out early with nine first quarter scores, but Chowan battled to keep the match close with five of those goals being answered. Chowan's defense went to work, holding the Bobcats out of goal for the entire second period. Lees McCrae went on to outscore the Hawks 12-3 in the second half to help propel them to the win.
