MURFREESBORO, N.C. - CU's Reed Low scored three goals and notched an assist in a conference loss to Lees McCrae on Saturday afternoon. The Hawks dropped a 21-10 decision to fall to 1-5 overall and 0-2 in league play. The Bobcats move to 3-6 overall and 1-2 in conference play after the match.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE

Lees McCrae jumped out early with nine first quarter scores, but Chowan battled to keep the match close with five of those goals being answered. Chowan's defense went to work, holding the Bobcats out of goal for the entire second period. Lees McCrae went on to outscore the Hawks 12-3 in the second half to help propel them to the win. 

Chowan's Reed Low scored three goals on the day and notched an assist. Justin Hill scored a goal and logged two assists. Off the draw, Ronaldo Williams won nine face offs, grabbed up six ground balls, and added a score. Isaiah Gill rolled up five ground balls to lead the Hawks defense. Thomas Rohal, Treston Gatewood, Jacob Malia, and Scott Cathcart each added a score in the match. 
Rocco Smith played full time in the goal, getting 10 saves in sixty minutes.
