CU won 12 face-offs and successfully completed 17 clears.
Jacob Malia ended the afternoon with two goals and an assist. Justin Hill added two goals of his own. Reed Low tallied a goal and registered two assists in the game.
Freshman C.J. Hinton scored his first career goal.
Rocco Smith held down the net for the full 60 minutes, recording 14 saves for the Hawks.
