MURFREESBORO, N.C. – College Sports Communicators announced its 2025–26 Academic All-District® Women's Soccer Team on Tuesday, November 25 at noon, honoring the nation's top student-athletes for their combined excellence in competition and in the classroom. Chowan University placed three student-athletes on the list, with Riley Donnelly, Lily Harrison, and Kylee Smith each earning Academic All-District® recognition.

Donnelly, a sophomore and first-year member of the Hawks after transferring from Mars Hill, is majoring in Business Administration. Harrison, a senior and four-year member of the program, is completing her degree in Psychology. Smith, a sophomore and Hawks goalkeeper, is also majoring in Business Administration. Together, the trio has demonstrated strong academic commitment while playing integral roles in the success of the women's soccer program.

To be eligible for Academic All-District® honors, student-athletes must be of sophomore standing or higher, maintain a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above, and participate in at least two-thirds of their team's matches or start 90 percent of games. Donnelly, Harrison, and Smith's achievements reflect the continued academic excellence within Chowan's women's soccer program.
