Chowan Drops Twinbill At Francis Marion

FLORENCE, S.C. – The Chowan Softball team dropped a pair of East Division Conference Carolinas contests against Francis Marion on Tuesday evening.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORES

Haleigh Reid led the Hawks with two hits on the evening.

Calliope James posted one hit with three walks and a RBI.  Megan Leon, Mckenzie Misenheimer, Emily Fowler, and Ava Mizell tallied one hit each.  Kyra Helton recorded a walk and two stolen bases.

Chowan recorded five errors in the nightcap leading to seven unearned runs.

UP NEXT

Chowan hosts Mount Olive on Friday, April 12 for senior day.  Madison Dilday and Haleigh Reid will be honored prior to first pitch of the Conference Carolinas series.
