MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Men's Lacrosse team scored early and often to take down the University of District of Columbia in non-conference action at home on Wednesday afternoon.

Erik Dozzi scored seven of his eight goals in the first half. Dozzi tallied 10 points adding two assists. Jacob Malia tallied five goals and three assists, while Eric George scored three goals and four assists.
Thomas Rohal collected three goals and one assist. Donald Vershuure scored one goal and one assist. Rylan Downey found the back of the net once. Camryn Snow, Treston Gatewood, and Deondre Brown posted one assist.
Defensively, Harry Edwards forced seven caused turnovers and collected nine ground balls. Michael Litchfield recorded five caused turnovers.
Richard Johnson went 13-16 at the face-off spot with eight ground balls, while Ronaldo Williams went 11-15 with six ground balls.
