Hawks Soar To Season Sweep Of Trojans

MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Women's Basketball team earned the season sweep over rival, Mount Olive, in Conference Carolinas East Divisional action on Play4Kay night at home.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE

Tynasia Bunting led the Hawks with 23 points, nine rebounds, and six steals.  Sydney Roberts tallied 11 points and eight rebounds before exiting the contest.

Imani Hickman collected a double-double with 10 points and 12 rebounds.

Chowan scored 46 points in the paint and had 23 second chance points on 33 offensive rebounds.
