Francis Marion established dominance early in the match, taking the first set 25-17. They maintained their momentum, taking the second set 25-13, and finally sealing their victory with a 25-15 win in the third set. Despite the loss, the Hawks showcased commendable performances from several players. 

Sydney Ginaitt led the Hawks with 6 assists. Jada Caruthers contributed 4 kills, 1 ace, and was a force on defense with 3 total blocks. Rosa Lynn Collier added 5 kills, 1 ace, and 3 blocks to the team's effort. 

The Hawks recorded 22 kills and 49 digs in total, but were ultimately overpowered by Francis Marion's strong offense, which registered 40 kills and 9 service aces.
