MURFREESBORO, N.C. - In an intense volleyball showdown at the Hawks Athletic Center, the Chowan University Hawks battled valiantly but ultimately fell short against the Barton Bulldogs with a score of 2-3 on October 15. The loss moves Chowan's season to a 3-14 overall record, with a 1-9 record in their conference. The Bulldogs will move to 4-12 overall and 3-7 in conference play.Â
