FRANKLIN SPRINGS, GA. – The Chowan Men's Basketball team could not overcome the frigid shooting first half as the Hawks dropped the decision on the road against Emmanuel in Conference Carolinas action on Saturday evening.

Skyler Davies, Aaron Ross, and Preston Le Gassick paced the offense with 11 points each. RJ Wilson added eight points and Daylan Askew collected seven points.
Chowan shot 27.6% (8-29) from the floor in the first half and finished with shooting 32.8% (22-67) for the contest.
Emmanuel was ranked seventh in the region.
Daylan Askew was held scoreless in the first half (0-7). League's leading scorer, KJ Jones, went 0-9 from the floor in the first half and was held to two free throws.
