MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Volleyball team rallied to secure their first Conference Carolinas win of the season with a victory over Erskine at home on Saturday afternoon.

INSIDE THE BOXSCORE

Ellie Middleton led the Hawks with a double-double posting 11 kills and 11 digs.  Ryan Nored collected 10 kills and two total blocks.

Lyniah Lee added eight kills, while Gigi Ratajesak (7), and Kayleigh Lance (6) helped the offense.

Caleigh Bergling recorded 20 digs on the afternoon.  Gigi Ratajesak added five service aces.  Sydney Ginaitt nearly had a double-double with 36 assists and nine digs to go with three service aces.

Chowan is scheduled to host Francis Marion on Tuesday, Sept. 26 at 6pm in a Conference Carolinas divisional contest.
