GREENVILLE, S.C. – The Conference Carolinas released the 2023 Women's Lacrosse All-Conference selections on Wednesday.

Earning her first all-conference laurel is Trinity Walker.  The defender from Capital Heights, Md. was named Second Team All-Conference.  Walker posted a team-high 26 caused turnovers, 31 ground balls along with 10 goals and four assists this season.  Walker ranked first in the league in caused turnovers per game, second in total caused turnovers, and eighth in ground balls per game.
