NEWPORT NEWS, VA. - On a course that will feature the 2022 NCAA Division III South Regional Championship, the Chowan Men's and Women's Cross Country team competed against several of the top regional teams in Division III and a couple Division I programs.

INSIDE THE RESULTS
Ke'Shawn Taylor continued his strong start to the season with a personal best time of 36:01.3 on the 8K course.  Kani Ellis posted a time of 38:16.0 with Christopher Breeden on his heels with a time of 38:19.2.  Enrico Carrsquillo and Khiyell Jenkins rounded out the scoring for the Blue and White.

Charity Brown paced the Hawks on the 6K course with a time of 38:48.3.  Paige Wilhelm finished five runners behind Brown for a time of 41:38.6.  Four runners later, JaCinda Griffin would cross the line in a time of 45:34.8.  Ishcah Browne and Patricia Meador rounded out the scoring for the Hawks.
