MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Esports Program took a step away from their normal competition schedule as the Hawks hosted the Clemson Esports Program over the weekend in some friendly competition.

"We were excited to have a Division I program here on campus and to compete against them," said Katie Harry.  "Both programs had a great time intermingling together and learning from one another."

The Hawks and Tigers competed in the MCEA Valorant Playoffs in December with Clemson taking the opening contest 19-17 before Chowan defeated Clemson in the Grand Finals 2-0.

During the weekend, Chowan and Clemson competed in three titles: Rocket League, League of Legends, and Valorant in friendly competition.  Clemson would take the competition in all three titles.
