GREENWOOD, IND. – The College Sports Communicators (CSC, formerly CoSIDA) announced the Academic All-District selections for the Fall of 2022 with 14 student-athletes from Chowan being selected.

Chowan Men's Soccer and Volleyball saw four selections each, while Football and Women's Soccer had three selections each.  These individuals posted a 3.50 or higher cumulative grade point average and participated in at least 50% of contests.

Representing the Men's Soccer program were Charlie Farrar, Harri Lovett, James Randall, and Jay Whyatt.  Lovett was named CoSIDA Academic All-District and Academic All-American last season.

The Women's Soccer program saw Madeline Bell, Cristina Flores, and Regan Jackson be named All-District.

The Volleyball and Football program saw their first representation on the Academic All-District list with Ellie Middleton, Chloe Putnam, Anixa Rosa-Martinez, and Alexa Woolson were selected for the volleyball program along with J'Vin Farmer, Raydarius Freeman, and Caleb Hester from the football program.

All of the Chowan selections will move to the Academic All-American ballot for All-American status.
