GREENVILLE, S.C. – Destiny Robinson of Chowan was selected as the Conference Carolinas weekly award winner for women's basketball for the week ending Nov. 13.
 
Taylor was selected as the Player of the Week, while Robinson earned Defensive Player of the Week accolades.

Robinson, a native of Hampton, Virginia, averaged 9.5 points, 11.5 rebounds, five blocks and two steals per game this week. The 5-foot-10 forward opened the week with 11 rebounds, nine defensive, seven points, six blocks, two steals and one assist in a season-opening 68-66 win over Columbus State on Friday, Nov. 11. On Saturday, the graduate student led the team with 12 points and 12 rebounds, seven defensive, with four blocks and a pair of steals in a 65-52 loss to #14 Georgia Southwestern.
