MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Men's Soccer team returned to their winning ways with as 4-1 victory against King on Senior Day in Conference Carolinas action on Saturday afternoon.

Tren Drexhage and James Randall collected one goal and one assist each. Drexhage connected for his tenth goal of the season. Leke Ademola and Marlone Nandjeu posted a goal, while Harri Lovett and Kai Rymes collected an assist.
Charlie Farrar picked up the win in goal with three saves.
HOW IT HAPPENED
First Half:
Chowan would strike early as Tren Drexhage finished off the attack as Harri Lovett sent a ball towards the end line for James Randall to slide across the face of the goal for the opening tally in the ninth minute.
Leke Ademola posted two shots on frame in the 31' but was turned away. James Randall would find the back of the net in the 33' as Tren Drexhage returned the favor to Randall inside the 18-yard box for the 2-0 lead.
Bradley Binns nearly made it 3-0 as his shot attempt in the 43' was cleared off the line.
Second Half:
The Hawks added to their lead in the 52' as Ausar Omwenga played a ball over the top and was misplayed by the King defense allowing Leke Ademola to tap into the wide-open net for the 3-0 lead.
King broke up the shutout in the 79' as the King attacker would find the back of the net into the far post, 3-1.
Chowan finished off the scoring in the 81' as Kai Rymes sent in a free kick towards goal allowing Marlone Nandjeu the back heel flick into the near post for the 4-1 victory.
