Charlie Farrar had a quiet afternoon in goal seeing two shots to preserve the shutout.

HOW IT HAPPENED

First Half:

Tren Drexhage, London Williams, and James Randall had attempts miss the mark in the early portion of the opening 45 minutes.

Following a yellow card, the Conference Carolinas leader in assists, Harri Lovett, initiated the free kick to Erik Ruiz who found the head of Toby Sims from the left wing sliding the attempt under the bar for the 1-0 led in the 33'.

Toby Sims nearly made it 2-0 in the 43' as Kai Rymes sent a through ball to the left post but the attempt grazed the outer post for a goal kick.

Second Half:

Tren Drexhage put the Hawks up 2-0 in the 76' with his first tally of the season.  Kai Rymes played a ball up to Drexhage from midfield to the top of the box.  Drexhage turned his defender and found the far left post for the goal.

North Greenville was unable to mount any offense.  Tren Drexhage posted another shot on goal in the 86' but was turned away.
