WILSON, N.C. – The Chowan Women's Lacrosse suffered a 23-2 loss to Barton in Conference Carolinas action on Wednesday afternoon.

Lela Knight and Grace Taylor posted a goal. Taylor notched an assist on the afternoon.
Charity Brown registered four draw controls. Mallory Dunker tallied seven saves. Ariel Johnson posted four saves.
HOW IT HAPPENED
First Half:
Barton would lead 4-0 early in the first half before Grace Taylor found Lela Knight for the opening tally for the Hawks.
After a Barton goal, Grace Taylor scored on a free position attempt to cut the deficit to 5-2.
The Bulldogs would push their lead to 14-2 at the half.
Second Half:
Barton scored nine goals in the half to take the 23-2 victory.
Rebekah Lucas tallied a shot on goal on a free position. Grace Taylor had a shot sail wide in the half.
