MURFREESBORO, N.C. – Heading into their first NCAA postseason contest, the Chowan Men's Soccer team feels at home as the Hawks take on third-seeded West Florida in the Second Round of the NCAA Division II Men's Soccer National Tournament on Sunday.

MEN'S SOCCER UPDATES
Chowan posted their program best 13th win of the season in a 2-1 victory over Francis Marion in the Conference Carolinas Final last weekend. The Hawks received the automatic bid for the league and was selected as the sixth seed in Super Region 2.
Toby Sims paces the offense with 11 goals on the season, second in the Conference Carolinas. Harri Lovett has 14 assists, most in the league. Erik Ruiz has five goals and six assists this season. James Randall, London Williams, Sam Hall, and Timo De Graaf have scored four goals each this season.
Charlie Farrar has a 0.93 goals against allowed average this season.
The Hawks are taking a three match win streak into the contest.
SLAYING THE ARGONAUTS
West Florida produced a 12-3-3 overall record and grabbed the three seed in Super Region 2.
The Argonauts have a pair of double-digit scorers with Kainan Dos Santos posting 13 goals and Keegan Ancelin scoring 11 goals. Ed Chappe leads the team with eight assists.
The Argos are taking a six match unbeaten (5-0-1) streak into the contest.
PREVIOUS MEETINGS
Chowan and West Florida will meet for the first time on the pitch and third time overall as the Hawks met with the Argos twice in football, both teams split the meetings.
