MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Women's Soccer team picked up a draw against rival Barton in a delayed Conference Carolinas contest at home in their home finale on Tuesday afternoon.

Sabrina Henderson scored her ninth goal of the season. Cristina Flores collected an assist.
Allison Traub posted four saves in the draw.
HOW IT HAPPENED
First Half:
Kayla Gonzalez recorded the first shot attempt in the match as her attempt off her knee would be corralled off a corner kick.
Ysa Novak had a shot attempt saved in the 24' off a corner kick. In the 26', Cristina Flores would find Sabrina Henderson with a through ball from midfield allowing Henderson space on a breakaway. Henderson would chip the keeper to put the Hawks up 1-0.
Carolina Lucci nearly made it 2-0 late in the half as the Barton keeper was able to get a mitt on the attempt and deflect the attempt away.
Second Half:
Barton found the equalizer in the 60' as the counter-attack found the top shelf.
Michelle Maksimovic had an attempt requiring a save in the 64'. In the 79', a free kick from the right side of the box found the foot of Sabrina Henderson in front of goal, but Henderson was unable to slide it past the keeper.
Overtime:
Barton had two attempts in the opening overtime period as Allison Traub made a save and the crossbar denied the second attempt.
Regan Jackson's attempt in the 100' would be turned away. Carolina Lucci's attempt in the 107' would be saved as the only shot attempt in the second overtime period.
