HILTON HEAD, S.C.-The Chowan Men's Tennis team slipped 5-2 in their final Spring TennisFest match to University of Missouri-St. Louis on Thursday afternoon.

ON THE SCORECARD 
In Doubles:
The Tritons secured both the No.1 and N.2 doubles matches with a 6-4 win, before claiming the No.3 doubles by a default from the Hawks.
In Singles:
Mariano Yeh battled at the No.1 singles match, but was unable to secure the 7-5, 6-0 win for Chowan.
Recovering for the Blue and White at the No.2 singles position was 
Edmond Aynedjian who grabbed the 7-6(5), 6-0 victory over his opponent. 
Adi Kaliakperov also secured a victory for the Hawks after he beat his opponent 6-3, 6-0 in the third singles match. 
Missouri-St. Louis picked up the No.4 singles match over 
Louis Proulx with a 6-4, 6-2 win, before def. 
Rafael D'Atri 6-2, 6-2 in the fifth singles position.
With a forfeit from the Hawks, Missouri-St. Louis picked up the sixth singles match to secure the final 5-2 match victory.

The Hawks will take the weekend over before returning to home court on Tuesday, March 19th to host the Bulldogs or Barton in a Conference Carolinas match up.
