MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Men's and Women's Soccer teams will look to continue their winning ways as the Hawks host North Greenville in Conference Carolinas action this weekend.

Women's Soccer
HAWKS HIGHLIGHTS
Chowan battled against the top team in the league, Mount Olive, to a double-overtime draw during the week to move to 3-6-3 on the season and 3-3-3 in league action.
Carolina Lucci leads the Hawks with five goals and two assists this season. Lillian DeLucca has scored three times. Stephanie Quintanilla has found the back of the net twice.
Sierra Gonzalez, Shannon Park, Emily Trueman, and Sabrina Henderson have scored one goal each this season. Gonzalez has two assists as well.
Lynzie Hulle kept the Trojans out of the back of the net with three saves for her third shutout of the season. Hulle has 40 saves on the year and a 1.40 goals allowed average.
CRASHING THE CRUSADERS
North Greenville is 8-5-0 on the season and 6-3-0 in league play. The Crusaders have lost their last two matches. NGU is 2-3-0 on the road.
Megan Biehl leads the team with six goals and three assists. Abby Robinson, Ariana Parsons, and Shelby Shepherd have three goals each.
Brianna Rowe and the goal keeping staff limit the goals allowed as the staff has a GAA of 0.99. Rowe has 57 saves and a GAA of 1.13.
Men's Soccer
HAWKS HIGHLIGHTS
Chowan, ranked 10th in the region, moved to 8-4-0 on the season and sit with a 6-1-0 mark in league play, good for second in the league table.
Harrison Ardron leads the Conference Carolinas with 11 goals, with eight of those coming in league play. Toby Sims has five goals on the season with four coming against league opponents.
Trevin Myers picked up an assist against Mount Olive to move back to the top of the league with seven assists. Mitchell Levi Lewis and Joury den Boogert have five assists each.
Ross Miller is 8-3-0 on the season with four shutouts and a 1.17 goals allowed average.
CRUSING CRUSADERS
North Greenville is 2-11-0 on the season and 2-6-0 in Conference Carolinas action. The Crusaders snapped a nine match losing streak two weeks ago with a pair of wins. NGU has suffered back-to-back 1-0 losses since against Mount Olive and Belmont Abbey.
Mitchell Backer and Ben Mackay lead the Crusaders with three goals each. The Crusaders have 10 total goals on the season.
NGU allows 3.09 goals per match while only scoring 0.77.
