MURFREESBORO, N.C. – Conference Carolinas announced its 2026 Women's Soccer All-Conference honors, selected by the league's head coaches, with two members of the Chowan University women's soccer team earning recognition following the conclusion of the regular season.

The Hawks placed one player on the Second Team and one on the Third Team. Freshman forward Meah Cuddihy earned Second Team All-Conference honors, while senior midfielder Laura Hulme was named to the Third Team. Chowan finished the season with a 5-11-1 overall record and a 5-8-1 mark in Conference Carolinas play.

Cuddihy made an immediate impact in her freshman campaign, leading the Hawks offensively with eight goals and two assists for 18 points. She recorded 20 shots, putting 13 on target, and led the team with three game-winning goals. Cuddihy delivered several important performances throughout the season, including a two-goal effort in Chowan's 6-3 victory over Shorter on September 19. She also scored the game-winning goal in a 1-0 conference victory over King on September 26 before recording another two-goal performance in the Hawks' 3-2 win over Ferrum on October 24. Her consistent offensive production made her one of the conference's standout freshmen and earned her Second Team All-Conference recognition.

Hulme concluded her senior season as one of Chowan's leading playmakers, recording three goals and a team-high six assists for 12 points. She led the Hawks with 41 shots, placing 18 on goal, while starting 14 matches and logging 1,206 minutes on the field. Hulme recorded a standout performance against Erskine on September 12, contributing one goal and two assists in Chowan's 3-1 victory. Her ability to create scoring opportunities and contribute to the Hawks' attack throughout the season earned her Third Team All-Conference honors.

The selections recognize the individual accomplishments of Cuddihy and Hulme following a season in which both players played important roles in Chowan's offensive efforts. Cuddihy's scoring production and Hulme's playmaking ability helped lead the Hawks throughout the 2026 campaign.
