WILSON, N.C.-The Chowan Men's Tennis team grabbed a 7-2 conference match win over Barton on Thursday afternoon.

ON THE COURTS
In Doubles:

• The Hawks Ghassan Alansi and Mariano Yeh fell short at the No.1 doubles match 8-4. 
• Louis Proulx and Adi Kaliakperov picked up the No.2 doubles match with a 8-5 victory before Rafael Goncalves and Mateusz Izycki secured the third doubles position 8-2.

In Singles:

• Ghassan Alansi grabbed the No.1 singles victory 6-1, 2-6, 7-5 for the Hawks.
• Adi Kaliakperov secured the No.2 singles match 7-6 (4-0), 7-5 before Mateusz Izycki defeated his competitor 7-6, 2-6, 6-3. for the Blue and White.
• The Bulldogs recovered at the No.4 singles position with a 1-6, 7-5, 6-0 over Louis Proulx. 
• At the No.5 singles match Rafael Goncalves won 6-3, 6-7 (0-6), 6-3.
• Chowan secured the sixth singles match 7-6 (8-0), 6-3 with Mariano Yeh.
