HAWKS PROFILE
Chowan moved to 3-5-1 on the season after two losses in league action against North Greenville and Lees-McRae.
Sabrina Henderson leads the team with eight goals. Carolina Lucci is second on the team with three goal but leads the team with six assists.
SURVIVING THE TORNADO
King is 1-10 on the season and 1-5 in Conference Carolinas action. The Tornado is in search of their first road win this season with a 0-6 record.
The Tornado have allowed 4.6 goals per contest while only scoring 0.6 goals this season. Six different players have recorded on goal this season.
Men's Soccer
HAWKS HIGHLIGHTS
Chowan stayed at #7 in the regional rankings but bounced back with two shutout wins against North Greenville and Lees-McRae to move to 6-2-1 on the season and 4-2-0 in league action.
Harry Ardron and Denis Roule continue to fight at the top of the scoring for the Hawks as both players lead the team with four goals each. Harry Garstand and Trevin Myers have scored three times. Lee Wattam and Erik Ruiz have found the back of the net twice.
Mitchell Levi Lewis sits with a team leading seven assists, while Harry Garstang is second with three helpers. The Hawks have lowered their goals against average to 1.05 following the two shutouts.
TAKING DOWN (THE) KING
King is 3-6-1 on the season and 2-3-0 in league action. The Tornado have played tough in their last five matches in Conference Carolinas with four of those matches within one goal. King took Limestone to double overtime before falling 1-0.
Ben Delisle and Carlos Saavedra lead the Tornado with five and four goals respectively.
