HAWKS HIGHLIGHTS
Chowan enters the contest with a 7-1-2 overall record and 5-1-1 in Conference Carolinas play. The Hawks sit in second in the league table. CU is unbeaten at home and allowed their first goal at home against Barton.
Carolina Lucci leads the Blue and White along with the Conference with 13 goals this season. Lucci is tied for fifth in the nation in goals scored and tied for first in freshman scoring in the nation. The Monaca, Pa. native is tied for the most game-winning goals in the nation.
Sabrina Henderson is second on the team with six points (2g, 2a) along with Mackenzie Imamura with five points (1g, 3a).
Olivia Borer has been solid in goal this season with seven shutouts and a 0.57 goals allowed average. Borer leads the Conference Carolinas in both categories along with a .878 save percentage.
CRUSADER CARD
North Greenville is coming off an overtime loss to Belmont Abbey during the midweek falling into a tie for third place in the league standings. North Greenville is 6-4-3 on the season and 4-2-1 in Conference Carolinas.
Karly Denaburg leads NGU with four goals on the season. Madelynn Schober has started in 12 games this season in goal boasting a 0.87 GAA.
Men's Soccer
HAWKS HIGHLIGHTS
The Hawks are coming off a dominating 3-1 victory against Barton at home in league play to remain unbeaten at home this season. Chowan sits with a 7-2-2 overall record and 3-1-2 in Conference Carolinas play along with a 5-0-1 record in their last six matches.
Chowan is 6-0-1 at home this season and ranked #7 in the Southeast Region. The Hawks have outscored opponents 14-5 at home this season, limiting the opposition to a 0.68 goals allowed.
Terell Williamson overtook the top spot in goals with two goals against Barton. Williamson sits with 14 points on the year recording five goals and four assists.
Lee Wattam and Josh Baker have tallied four goals each with Wattam dishing out two assists.
Elliot Chadderton is tied for third in the Conference Carolinas with a 1.21 GAA.
