CENTRAL, SC - The Chowan University women's soccer program fell to 0-3 on the season after dropping a 1-0 decision at Southern Wesleyan College this evening. The defensive stand off was at a 0-0 stalemate until the 85th minute when SWU scored the game winning goal. With little time left on the clock to force a tie, the Hawks suffered the 1-0 loss, keeping them winless on the year. 

Southern Wesleyan improves to 3-2-1 on the season after tonight's win. Chowan will travel to Lincoln University on Sunday, September 26th in their next outing. They return home to host Barton College on September 29th in a 4:00pm match.
