MIAMI SHORES, FL - Barry University out shot Chowan 55 to one in route to a 9-0 win over the visiting Hawks in South Florida tonight. Chowan's Katie Duncan got off the Hawks' lone shot in the match while keeper Kristy Brown was busy all night, facing 55 shots, 26 of which were on goal. She picked up 17 saves in the match. Chowan falls to 3-7-2 after the shut out loss. They will travel to Palm Beach Atlantic tomorrow to wrap up their two-day trip to South Florida.
