HARTSVILLE, SC - The Coker women outshot the Chowan Hawks 17-1, but a stellar performance by both the Coker and Chowan goalkeepers led to a 0-0 draw in the match Saturday afternoon. With the tie, Chowan moves to 1-3-1 after today's tie. The Hawks have shut out their last two opponents.

Kristy Brown was the player of the match for Chowan with eight saves in more than 120 minutes of play. Brown had the Cobras number all day stopping every offensive opportunity.

Alisha Terry in the box near the end of the first half.
The Hawks will travel to Southern Virginia University on October 8th in their next match.
