HARTSVILLE, SC - The women's soccer team improved to 1-2 on the season after handing Coker College a 5-1 loss on their home field this afternoon. Today's win marks the first for the women's program playing under the new nickname HAWKS while also becoming the first fall sport to pick up a win. 

The women's soccer team will attempt to even their record tomorrow as they host Peace College at 2:00pm. Playing directly after the women's match, the men's team lost to the Cobras 5-0. The men will attempt their first victory on September 6th when Mount Olive comes to town for a 4:00pm match.
