The once planned football stadium located just behind the Helms Center became home to the men's and women's soccer and lacrosse teams just prior to the 2005 season. On the field you will find a new digital scoreboard, built-in sheltered bench areas, along with an in-ground sprinkler and Bermuda turf system. The field's side-hill position allows great views from the spectator area just atop of the field. With determination and a goal, the coaching staff and University personnel initiated a drive to build a two story press box with accessible bottom floor storage.
