MURFREESBORO, N.C. – Due to an incoming forecast of inclement weather, Chowan University has adjusted its upcoming men's and women's basketball schedules, along with several developmental contests. 

The men's and women's basketball games originally scheduled for Saturday, January 24, against Ferrum have been moved up to Friday, January 23. The women's game will tip off at 4:00 p.m., followed by the men's game at 6:00 p.m., both to be played in the Hawks Athletic Center.

The developmental men's basketball game originally scheduled for Friday, January 23, against TPLS Academy has been moved up to Thursday, January 22, with tip-off set for 6:00 p.m. in the Hawks Athletic Center.

Additionally, the developmental games scheduled for Sunday, January 25, against Flight 22 and Mount Olive have been canceled.

These changes were made with the safety of fans, student-athletes, and staff as the top priority.
