MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan University men's soccer team closed out the regular season on senior day with a 0-0 draw against Francis Marion on Saturday evening. Both sides traded possessions throughout the match, with strong defensive play keeping the score level throughout.
With the result, Chowan secured the #3 seed in the Conference Carolinas Tournament, finishing the regular season at 9-3-4 overall and 7-2-3 in league play. Francis Marion earns the #1 seed, concluding the season 8-3-5 overall and 8-1-3 in conference action.
