SALISBURY, N.C. – The Chowan Women's Soccer team faced a challenging second game of the weekend, falling 1-0 to #15 Embry-Riddle in a close match on Sunday afternoon at the Catawba College Invitational. With this result, Embry-Riddle improves to 1-1 for the season, while the Hawks drop to 0-2.

The Hawks defense held #15 Embry-Riddle from scoring in the first half of the match. The Eagles broke through in the 50th minute when Grace Foyer scored the only goal of the match.
