MURFREESBORO, N.C. – The Chowan Men's Soccer team celebrated their second Conference Carolinas Championship in three seasons and will make their second trip to Florida to compete in the NCAA Men's Soccer Championship.

Chowan, 8-4-5, received the automatic berth and was selected as the 10th seed in Super Region II.  The Hawks will take on the seventh seeded Lynn on Thursday, November 16 at 6pm in Melbourne, Fla.

The advancing team will take on the second seed and host, Florida Tech, on Saturday, November 18 at 6pm.

Chowan and Lynn will meet for the first time in program history.  Chowan is 8-1-4 in their last 13 matches.  The Fighting Knights went 10-2-5 during the regular season and dropped an opening round contest in the Sunshine State Conference Tournament in a 5-3 penalty shootout.
