PENSACOLA, FLA. – The Chowan Football team wrapped up their 2023 season with a defeat against nationally-ranked West Florida on the road on Saturday.

Josef Manley comes in to toss for 108 yards on 8-15 passing. Rashad McKee tossed the lone touchdown for the Hawks with a 75-yd pass to Tyree Holloway.
Demetrius Moore led the Hawks with six receptions for 78 yards. The Hawks produced 240 yards of total offense. Romeo Felton collected 50 yards rushing on eight carries.
Demarcus Carroll and Dwayne Smith tallied one sack each. Jordan Brown led the Hawks with eight tackles. Kmare Carey and D'Armani Ridley added seven tackles.

Despite the Hawks going winless on the season, Chowan played the 16th hardest schedule in Division II including four nationally-ranked programs.
