WOMEN'S SOCCER NOTES

Chowan is coming off their first victory of the season in a 4-0 win over Francis Marion during the week to move to 1-5-0 on the season and 1-2-0 in league play.

Sabrina Henderson is coming off her second career hat-trick scoring three goals against the Patriots to lead the team with five goals.  Carolina Lucci returned to the pitch and scored her second goal of the season.

Allison Traub picked up the shutout against FMU while recording 41 saves on the season.

CAGING THE LIONS

Emmanuel is 1-4-0 on the season and 0-2-0 in Conference Carolinas play this season.  The Lions are on a four match skid averaging one goal in their matches.

Brianna Bishop and Olivia Weider pace the team with two goals each.  Moriah Logue has one goal and two assists this season.

MEN'S SOCCER UPDATES

Chowan, ranked seventh in the region, is coming off a double overtime victory against Queens to move to 4-2-0 on the season.  The Hawks are 2-1-0 in league action.

Toby Sims leads the team with four goals.  London Williams has two goals on the year.  Harri Lovett has produced five assists the season.

Charlie Farrar is allowing 1.12 goals against the season.

TAMING THE LIONS

Emmanuel is 1-2-0 on the season and 1-1-0 in league play.  The Lions are coming off a 2-1 win against North Greenville last weekend.  The Lions produced their first two goals of the season against the Crusaders after being outscored 8-0 in their first two matches.
