GAFFNEY, S.C.- The Chowan Men's Tennis team dropped in a Conference Carolinas match 6-1 to Limestone on Sunday afternoon.

HOW IT HAPPENED
In Doubles:
Mariano Yeh and
Edmond Aynedjian grabbed the No.1 doubles match 6-2 the Hawks, before
Adi Kaliakperov and
Louis Proulx fell short 6-3 at the second doubles position.
The Saints won the No.3 doubles match by a default from the Hawks.
In Singles:
Edmond Aynedjian fought hard but was unable to secure the No.1 singles 4-6, 6-2, 3-10, before teammate
Adi Kaliakperov picked up the lone singles win 2-6, 6-4, 6-4 for Chowan.
Mariano Yeh was beat 6-4, 6-4 in the third singles match, before senior
Louis Proulx dropped 6-3, 1-6, 5-7 in the No.4 singles match.
Limestone took the No.5 singles 6-3, 6-0 win over
Rafael D'Atri for the match win.
UP NEXT
Chowan is back on home court on April 13-14 as they host King on Saturday, April 13
th before taking on Lees-McRae on Sunday.
