CHARLOTTE, N.C.-The Chowan Women's Bowling team completed the final day of the CIAA Event I hosted by Johnson C. Smith on Sunday afternoon with Baker Matches.

ON THE SCORECARDS
The Hawks averaged a total pin count of 602.2 on the final day of the tournament.

Chowan dropped a tough match to Elizabeth City in the first setting 615-651 before falling to Virginia State 601-746.

Virginia Union handed the Blue and White a 518-653 loss in the third match of the day, before the Lady Bulldogs of Bowie State beat Chowan 820-675.
